Free and paid features<\/h2><p data-start=\"13739\" data-end=\"13836\">Some myLumita features may be available for free. Other features may require a paid subscription.<\/p><p data-start=\"13838\" data-end=\"14036\">Available plans, prices, billing periods, trial periods and included features are shown in the app, on the website, in the Apple App Store, in Google Play or on the web payment page before purchase.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1jge7tm\" data-start=\"14038\" data-end=\"14062\">2. Subscription plans<\/h2><p data-start=\"14064\" data-end=\"14127\">myLumita may offer monthly, yearly or other subscription plans.<\/p><p data-start=\"14129\" data-end=\"14256\">The billing period, price, currency, taxes and renewal conditions are displayed before purchase on the relevant payment screen.<\/p><p data-start=\"14258\" data-end=\"14434\">Depending on the plan, the subscription may apply to one user, one family space or another entitlement level. The exact access rights are shown in the offer or checkout screen.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"g485xw\" data-start=\"14436\" data-end=\"14472\">3. When a subscription is created<\/h2><p data-start=\"14474\" data-end=\"14509\">A subscription is created when you:<\/p><ul data-start=\"14511\" data-end=\"14684\"><li data-section-id=\"1os4m9p\" data-start=\"14511\" data-end=\"14540\">select a subscription plan,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"zcjvuu\" data-start=\"14541\" data-end=\"14578\">review the price and payment terms,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"c4iklp\" data-start=\"14579\" data-end=\"14609\">accept the applicable terms,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ody5v9\" data-start=\"14610\" data-end=\"14684\">confirm the purchase through the selected payment provider or app store.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"14686\" data-end=\"14842\">Confirming a purchase may create a payment obligation. Please always check the plan, billing period, price and renewal conditions before completing payment.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"12leudz\" data-start=\"14844\" data-end=\"14867\">4. Payment providers<\/h2><p data-start=\"14869\" data-end=\"14936\">Depending on where you subscribe, payment may be processed through:<\/p><ul data-start=\"14938\" data-end=\"15148\"><li data-section-id=\"17v1bep\" data-start=\"14938\" data-end=\"14987\">Apple App Store \/ Apple in-app purchase on iOS,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1e45koq\" data-start=\"14988\" data-end=\"15035\">Google Play \/ Google Play Billing on Android,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"jktbz4\" data-start=\"15036\" data-end=\"15073\">Stripe for web or desktop payments,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"y127s0\" data-start=\"15074\" data-end=\"15148\">RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management across platforms.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"15150\" data-end=\"15394\">RevenueCat states that it can be used for GDPR-compliant apps and acts as a processor when handling end-user personal data for app developers. RevenueCat also supports Stripe integrations for web purchases.<\/p><p data-start=\"15396\" data-end=\"15513\">Stripe provides payment-related privacy information through its Privacy Center.<\/p><p data-start=\"15515\" data-end=\"15655\">myLumita does not store your full card number. Card and payment details are generally handled by the relevant app store or payment provider.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1sxhb7p\" data-start=\"15657\" data-end=\"15680\">5. Automatic renewal<\/h2><p data-start=\"15682\" data-end=\"15813\">Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.<\/p><p data-start=\"15815\" data-end=\"16049\">Apple states that auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the end of their duration until the user chooses to cancel. Google Play subscriptions can be managed through the user\u2019s Google Play account.<\/p><p data-start=\"16051\" data-end=\"16284\">Cancelling a subscription does not always end access immediately. In many cases, you can continue using paid features until the end of the already paid billing period, unless the relevant platform or refund decision states otherwise.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"10unwq1\" data-start=\"16286\" data-end=\"16305\">6. Trial periods<\/h2><p data-start=\"16307\" data-end=\"16359\">myLumita may offer free or discounted trial periods.<\/p><p data-start=\"16361\" data-end=\"16479\">The length of the trial, the price after the trial and any automatic renewal conditions will be shown before purchase.<\/p><p data-start=\"16481\" data-end=\"16716\">If a trial converts into a paid subscription, this will be shown on the checkout screen. If you do not want to continue after the trial, you must cancel before the trial ends according to the rules of the platform where you subscribed.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"18v9j0z\" data-start=\"16718\" data-end=\"16752\">7. How to cancel a subscription<\/h2><p data-start=\"16754\" data-end=\"16827\">You must cancel your subscription on the platform where you purchased it.<\/p><p data-start=\"16829\" data-end=\"17122\"><strong data-start=\"16829\" data-end=\"16858\">Apple App Store purchase:<\/strong><br data-start=\"16858\" data-end=\"16861\" \/>You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple account. Apple\u2019s support page explains that subscriptions can be cancelled in Settings by tapping your name, then Subscriptions, then the relevant subscription.<\/p><p data-start=\"17124\" data-end=\"17364\"><strong data-start=\"17124\" data-end=\"17149\">Google Play purchase:<\/strong><br data-start=\"17149\" data-end=\"17152\" \/>You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play account. Google\u2019s support page explains that subscriptions can be managed under Payments &amp; subscriptions.<\/p><p data-start=\"17366\" data-end=\"17577\"><strong data-start=\"17366\" data-end=\"17392\">Web \/ Stripe purchase:<\/strong><br data-start=\"17392\" data-end=\"17395\" \/>You can manage a web subscription through the myLumita account billing area, the payment portal, or by contacting info<a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\">@mylumita.com<\/a>.<br data-start=\"17532\" data-end=\"17535\" \/>Billing portal link: [billing portal link]<\/p><p data-start=\"17579\" data-end=\"17745\">Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription through the relevant app store, payment provider or billing portal.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1vtuyfy\" data-start=\"17747\" data-end=\"17777\">8. Prices and price changes<\/h2><p data-start=\"17779\" data-end=\"17845\">The subscription price is the price shown at the time of purchase.<\/p><p data-start=\"17847\" data-end=\"18035\">Prices may change from time to time. If the price of an active subscription changes, the applicable platform rules will determine how you are informed and whether your consent is required.<\/p><p data-start=\"18037\" data-end=\"18131\">If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.<\/p><p data-start=\"18133\" data-end=\"18253\">Prices, currencies, taxes and regional charges may differ between Apple, Google Play, Stripe and other payment channels.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1rg2lco\" data-start=\"18255\" data-end=\"18276\">9. Failed payments<\/h2><p data-start=\"18278\" data-end=\"18462\">If payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge, request updated payment information, suspend the subscription, cancel the subscription or restrict access to paid features.<\/p><p data-start=\"18464\" data-end=\"18572\">If your subscription cannot be renewed because of a failed payment, you may lose access to premium features.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"158ewzg\" data-start=\"18574\" data-end=\"18629\">10. Withdrawal and cancellation rights for consumers<\/h2><p data-start=\"18631\" data-end=\"18798\">If you are a consumer and purchase a digital service online, you may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights under Hungarian and EU consumer protection rules.<\/p><p data-start=\"18800\" data-end=\"19005\">Hungarian Government Decree 45\/2014 regulates consumer contracts concluded between consumers and businesses, including distance contracts and withdrawal-related rules.<\/p><p data-start=\"19007\" data-end=\"19078\">For web purchases, you may submit a withdrawal or cancellation request:<\/p><ul data-start=\"19080\" data-end=\"19230\"><li data-section-id=\"1orbvtr\" data-start=\"19080\" data-end=\"19118\">by e-mail to info<a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\">@mylumita.com<\/a>,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1bw4f6q\" data-start=\"19119\" data-end=\"19183\">through the myLumita online withdrawal function, if available,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1gv4a8q\" data-start=\"19184\" data-end=\"19230\">or by using the model withdrawal form below.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"19232\" data-end=\"19426\">From 19 June 2026, the Hungarian 45\/2014 Government Decree text includes rules on using an online withdrawal function and confirmation of such withdrawal.<\/p><p data-start=\"19428\" data-end=\"19812\">If you expressly request that the digital service starts before the end of the withdrawal period, and then you withdraw or cancel, applicable law may allow a proportionate fee to be charged for the part of the service already provided. In some digital service cases, the right of withdrawal may be limited if the legal conditions for immediate performance and acknowledgement are met.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1d9eth2\" data-start=\"19814\" data-end=\"19828\">11. Refunds<\/h2><p data-start=\"19830\" data-end=\"20098\"><strong data-start=\"19830\" data-end=\"19860\">Apple App Store purchases:<\/strong><br data-start=\"19860\" data-end=\"19863\" \/>Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Apple explains that App Store purchases may be eligible for refunds and that refund requests are handled through Apple\u2019s report-a-problem process.<\/p><p data-start=\"20100\" data-end=\"20349\"><strong data-start=\"20100\" data-end=\"20126\">Google Play purchases:<\/strong><br data-start=\"20126\" data-end=\"20129\" \/>Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled according to Google Play\u2019s refund rules. Google Play provides a refund request process through the user\u2019s Google Play account.<\/p><p data-start=\"20351\" data-end=\"20497\"><strong data-start=\"20351\" data-end=\"20378\">Web \/ Stripe purchases:<\/strong><br data-start=\"20378\" data-end=\"20381\" \/>Refund or withdrawal requests for web purchases are handled by myLumita according to applicable law and these Terms.<\/p><p data-start=\"20499\" data-end=\"20640\">If a refund is approved, it is usually made to the original payment method, unless applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1ezet5r\" data-start=\"20642\" data-end=\"20675\">12. Digital service conformity<\/h2><p data-start=\"20677\" data-end=\"20707\">myLumita is a digital service.<\/p><p data-start=\"20709\" data-end=\"21056\">Consumers may have statutory rights if a paid digital service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract. Hungarian Government Decree 373\/2021 regulates contracts between consumers and businesses for digital content and digital services, including conformity and remedies for defective performance.<\/p><p data-start=\"21058\" data-end=\"21251\">Where applicable, you may be entitled to have the service brought into conformity, or in certain cases to a price reduction or termination, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection law.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1uqqlm4\" data-start=\"21253\" data-end=\"21284\">13. Promotions and discounts<\/h2><p data-start=\"21286\" data-end=\"21366\">myLumita may offer promotions, introductory prices, discounts or special offers.<\/p><p data-start=\"21368\" data-end=\"21551\">These offers may be limited by time, region, user group, platform or eligibility conditions. Promotions may not be combinable and do not create an automatic right to future discounts.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"26g496\" data-start=\"21553\" data-end=\"21579\">14. Taxes and invoicing<\/h2><p data-start=\"21581\" data-end=\"21651\">The applicable price, taxes and fees are shown on the purchase screen.<\/p><p data-start=\"21653\" data-end=\"21775\">For Apple App Store and Google Play purchases, billing, tax handling and receipts may be handled by the relevant platform.<\/p><p data-start=\"21777\" data-end=\"21975\">For web \/ Stripe purchases, invoices and billing records may be created using the billing details provided during checkout. Accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"72kszz\" data-start=\"21977\" data-end=\"22002\">15.
